Inch by Inch 02/06/2019 "Not an Elf" and "Avoiding Valhalla" are both available again. They're also on KU --- for now. I'm waffling about whether that's a permanent state of affairs or if that will change eventually. "Re-Ignition" is going to be the next one to come out again. I just finished the formatting and am now waiting on the cover to get done. In working on the copyright page I realized I wrote that story a decade ago. Wow..... just wow. It's always been a popular little short and if you keep track of

Some Changes 01/20/2019 You may notice that for the next few months some books have been listed as temporarily unavailable. Business decisions has been made. One of the excruciating downsides of the author thing. They WILL come back (along with some sequels and some more new books this year) but new covers and formatting and all those wondrous chores need to happen. And that will take some time. Avoiding Valhalla is "in the chute" so to speak and will become available again soon, likely within a few weeks. I may put

Oh hey it's 2019 01/08/2019 I had this belief that if I scraped through the end of 2018, I'd plunge into 2019 fairly ready and set to meet goals for the year... OMFG, the last week of the year was raging dumpster fire of unbelievable magnitude that involved me driving about 1200 miles in one week to deal with family crisis stuff. Christmas was a barely executed, hasty traffic light blink in the chaos. The chaos continues on almost the same level. Major dental work (can you say -cha-ching$$$) more long distance driving,

30 Days left in this year 12/01/2018 I have been busy. Actually busy doesn't really even come close. Maybe frantic, burning the candle at both ends, needing way more than 24 hrs in a day? I finished NanoWriMo, well more precisely the month of November is over, and I wrote some words, roughly 11k not 50K. But most of that is good productive-will end up in a book wordage and not drivel. I am making slow steady progress on the sequel to "Primary Next of Kin" and have 8K done. Estimated finished length is 20K, but it may be a little

GRL is coming! 09/30/2018 GRL is coming. Less than a month now. And when I say it's coming, this year it's basically coming to me. It'll be in Portsmouth Virginia and that's about a 20 min drive from my house ( barring rush hour of course) If you're a fan, I'll have some interesting swag at the convention. I'll also have some paperback copies of Primary Next of Kin to give away. If you happen to live in the area, the book signing (a couple of hours long) is actually free to the public, even though the rest of the Con

In the Trough again 09/14/2018 There has been a lot going on this year. A moderate chunk of which I have had very little control. The downside of this is that way too little writing has occurred. Or maybe more precisely way too few things have reached the completion stage. Yes, I have multiple stories in progress per usual, all unfinished. If you subscribe to my newsletter you are getting a new episode of "Wishing on the Moon" this month. One of the few things that did actually get finished. I'm still hacking away at most
